An annual holiday and winter outreach program providing essential care items to individuals and families experiencing hardship, homelessness, financial difficulty, grief, or crisis during the winter season. Care kits may include blankets, hats, gloves, socks, hygiene supplies, snacks, and other comfort items designed to provide warmth, dignity, hope, and compassion throughout the holiday season.

 Created in loving memory of Donald G. Sterns Jr., the initiative seeks to bring warmth, encouragement, dignity, and hope to vulnerable populations impacted by homelessness, financial hardship, grief, mental health struggles, crisis situations, or other life challenges.

These outreach efforts are conducted through community events, partnerships, and direct engagement with individuals experiencing hardship. The program addresses immediate needs while fostering connection and support.
